Vineet Mishra is the Founder & Personality Development Coach at The Growth Hub – A Personality Development Institute™. An engineer by background, he transitioned into coaching with a mission to help individuals unlock their true potential through personality development, communication skills, public speaking, confidence building, leadership development, and soft skills training.

His practical, results-driven approach empowers students and professionals to communicate with confidence, develop executive presence, and succeed in academics, careers, and everyday life..

Administrative coordinator 

Deepa Saini is the Administrative Coordinator at The Growth Hub – A Personality Development Institute™. She oversees student coordination, manages administrative operations, maintains institute records, and ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.

As the primary point of contact for students and parents, she handles admissions, schedules, attendance, and day-to-day communication with efficiency and care. Her organized approach, attention to detail, and commitment to student support help create a seamless learning experience while ensuring the institute operates smoothly and professionally.

Vaibhav Mishra

Spoken English Trainer

Vaibhav Mishra is an English Communication Trainer and Personality Development Coach for School Students at The Growth Hub – A Personality Development Institute™. He is passionate about helping young learners build a strong foundation in spoken English, communication skills, public speaking, confidence building, and overall personality development.

Through engaging, activity-based learning and practical guidance, he empowers students to express themselves confidently, improve their communication, and develop essential life skills from an early age. His goal is to nurture confident, articulate, and future-ready individuals who can excel both inside and outside the classroom.
